Breakfast - Bagel Thin with Veggie Cream Cheese (Lite)
Herbal Tea (Mango w/ Honey)

Day 3

Forgot to take pictures BUT

Didnt eat breakfast

Lunch I had a Roasted Fire Pepper Cabo Salad with Ranch Dressing from Salad Works

Dinner - Honey Bunches of Oats Cereal

Day 2

Breakfast - Honey Bunches of Oats w Almonds + Soy Milk

Lunch - Corned Beef Hoagie w/ Lettuce, 1 slice of provolone cheese cut in half & oregano.  No Mayo No Oil no salt
and you guessed it - NO TASTE :)

Day 1

Well I decided to start this blog so that hopefully I stick to it.... (dream on) but I will update it as often as I remember to.

Breakfast (Bagel thin w/ unsalted butter and 1 cup of red grapefruit.   Herbal Peach tea)

Lunch (Chicken Sandwich and Salad with French Dressing) - H20 is the beverage

Dinner (Baked Chicken Breast, 1 cup brown rice, Steamed Spinach)
used cream of mushroom soup to bake chicken, used as gravy on rice
